Contest Terms & Conditions
- Contest is open to all Dubrovnik Facebook fans residing in Malaysia only.
- The cut off date for entry submission each month is the 20th of each month.
- Each participant is allowed only one entry per month.
- We reserve the right to reject any entry at our sole and absolute discretion without having to assign any reasons whatsoever.
- Each monthly winner will be notified by email.
- The winning entry will be selected by Dubrovnik’s Management based on the best or most creative entry.
- Judges’ decision is final and binding.
- We reserve the right to change, amend, delete or add to the contest terms and conditions without prior notice at any time.
- There is no cash alternative for the prize.
- Booking of your preferred party date needs to be made at least one week in advance. No booking will be accepted for public holidays or on the eve of a public holiday. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we reserve the right to propose an alternative date for your party.
- We will plan and host a party for you and up to 14 of your guests (15 persons in total). If you would like to increase the headcount, each additional headcount will be charged accordingly. Please notify us in advance if there is any change (increase/decrease) in the number of your guests. We will need to know the final headcount attendance of your party 3 days before the date of your party.
- Your party menu includes a 3-course meal and non-alcoholic drinks only. Any alcoholic drinks ordered will be charged accordingly. We reserve the right to design your party menu and any changes to the menu set dinner are subject to a modification fee which will be charged accordingly.
- All meals are to be consumed at the restaurant, no take away is allowed.
- Other party additions provided by us include decoration of the restuarant, door gifts for your guests (by confirmed headcount) and a celebration cake (approximately 1kg). Choice of the restaurant decoration, cake and door gifts choice is at our discretion.
- Dubrovnik shall have the right to publish the name and photo of the winner, including photos from the party event in its promotional materials.
